2009 Jack McGuire Wanted The President of the USA to Enact Nation-Wide Internet Taxes

In 2009 Jack McGuire Wanted The President of the United States of America to Enact Nation-Wide Internet Taxes on ALL THE CITIZENS OF THE USA!

Jack McGuire, before passing the Internet sales tax in Illinois in 2011... He wanted the President of the United States of America and the United States Congress to enact Internet Taxes!

It wasn't good enough for Jack McGuire to force his "progressive" "liberal" "democratic" ways upon the Citizens of Illinois... No... He wanted to focus his attention on the United States Congress!  What was he thinking???  This was not his Job... This was not his concern...  If he worried about this so much, he should have discussed the matter with the then Congresswoman, Debbie Halvorson and allow her to present a bill in the US Congress.  Instead he WASTED our TAX PAYER MONEY on concocting this bill and presented it before members of the Illinois General Legislature!
