In an article published by theweek.com news magazine on 1/14/11, it poses the question... "why should the people of the State of Illinois suffer for the Government's stupidity?" That's an excellent question. Why should the people of Dist.86 Joliet, Illinois suffer because of 10 years of Jack McGuire's failed voting record and policies? We shouldn't that's the the answer!
